Exklusivt boende med stor terrass. Vacker utsikt över grönområde. 4 rum med trendig köksö. Öppen planlösning. Tyst, elegant master bedroom med egen ingång till badrum med jacuzzi, vacker balkong samt stor tv. Trygg, privat garageplats i fastigheten med el-laddning. Direkthiss till våningsplanet. Låst cykelgarage. Köpcentra av hög klass bredvid. Mycket goda allmänna transporter, 10 minuter till Stockholms city och nära till båtar till skärgården. Nära till aktivt friluftsliv, med skog och bad.
Anita is in the fashion industry and has run exclusive fashion stores for 25 years as well as e-commerce. Lars is a brand and design consultant. We appreciate outdoor activities, hiking, biking and traveling. We travel a lot, so it is a pleasure to rent out our apartment when we are not at home. We like the apartment with all its quality and location and hope others will do the same.
Premium shopping center next door with every conceivable service, shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to bus station with transport to Stockholm city center, about 15 minutes to city. Nature reserve close by, with wonderful hiking trails, forest and swimming. Walking distance to water, quay and boating and access to archipelago boats.
