Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation, located beside Lake Åre in Björnänge. Close to swimming areas, ski slopes and cross-country trails, as well as grocery stores. If desired, it is possible to add a boat, a heated garage, and a spa bath to your stay. A lovely sheltered terrace offers views of Skutan, Lake Åre and Renfjället. The studio is newly built and includes most amenities you could wish for.

Local in Åre since 2006 when I moved up to Åre from the southern part of Sweden together with my wife and kids. We built and moved in 2024 in the new house. The old house that we built 2006 is located 450 m west. So you could say that we really like Björnänge and the surroundings here. Except for building the house we like to travel around the globe. Of course is outdoor activities a part of our life as we have one of the best playgrounds in our backyard :-)

You will stay in Björnänge, just outside Åre, in a secluded setting surrounded by grazing pastures, where our Icelandic horse also grazes during the summer. With fantastic views of the mountains and the lake.
