Welcome to our pretty, new, centrally, yet very quietly located 30 m² cottage which we have furnished and equipped with love and care for our guests. You can sleep on the additional 10 m² mezzanine (approx. 130 cm high) with a tilting window and reading corner. The open living-dining area features a 140 cm wide sofa bed, TV (streaming only, via the guests own Apps& accounts, no channels), and Google Box for listening to music. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped (note: hidden drawer for kitchen utensils). A southwest facing 16 m² private terrace with privacy fence and dining area awaits you. The accommodation is located in the middle of the 3 km² island and is close to supermarkets, the harbour "Klåva" with shops, restaurants, and the sea/beaches. Everything in all directions is about a 15-minute walk away, or just a few minutes by bike. Nature and hiking trails are close by, and the 10 islands offer a good range of indoor and outdoor activities. The bus stop is 50 meters from the house and there is regular free ferry service to Gothenburg 24 hours a day. The airport is about 1,5 hrs journey on public transport, and ca. 50 minutes by car. THE COTTAGE IS LOCATED IN THE QUITEST CORNER OF OUR GARDEN. You can use the garden and park on the driveway . The best way to explore the islands is by bike, the nearest rental possibility is 750 m away from the house . Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the property at any time. Out of consideration for the dietary habits or allergies of our subsequent guests, we kindly ask you to refrain from preparing strong-smelling foods. The accommodation is not suitable for vegans, as we use animal products in our furnishings. The accommodation is exclusively for non-smokers.
