The sleeping area consists of a practical wall-mounted bunk bed with a wide lower bunk of 140 cm and an upper bunk of 80 cm. This smart solution creates plenty of space while offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three people.

The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, an induction hob with two plates, a stove fan, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother, and sink. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and comfortable underfloor heating.

Outside awaits a large private terrace with a view of the garden and lovely evening sun, a perfect spot for morning coffee, a peaceful moment in the sun, or an outdoor dinner after the day's activities.
