Great for families, friends, and business groups who want space and comfort. Zen Den is a private lower-level (basement) apartment designed for families, small groups and longer stays. It offers a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a calm living area, fast Wi-Fi, and practical comfort. Please note it has limited natural light and lower ceilings in some areas. Light Haven is a cosy, modern guesthouse studio for solo travellers or couples, featuring a king-size bed, kitchenette for light meals, fast Wi-Fi, heated bathroom floors and a private terrace. Luma Stay is a modern, hotel-style studio for solo travellers or couples with a king-size bed, kitchenette and a sleek bathroom. It is compact, well planned, and ideal for guests who value cleanliness, calm and a simple self check-in. All units offer self check-in and are located in a quiet residential area with easy access to Malmö city, transport links, and local amenities.

Guests like the calm atmosphere while still having convenient access to the city’s attractions, shopping, restaurants, and transport links. A supermarket is within walking distance and bus connections make it easy to reach Malmö Central Station and the city centre. Malmö is also well known for being bike-friendly and easy to explore, with parks, coastal areas, and popular attractions such as Turning Torso and Malmöhus Castle. The location is also convenient for day trips to Lund and Copenhagen.
