Svanebäcks gård is a mansion from 1850 with an elegant interior and the house has been completely renovated in 2015/16. Enjoy the beach and sea only 200 meters away and the beautiful "links" golf course by the sea. The house includes a private garden and patio. Easy access to Helsingborg, Höganäs and the surroundings in Kullabygden by bus just outside the property.
We are a family of four (our children was born 2007 and 2011) that have lived in Viken since the early 2000s. We have two rabbits and a black cat that enjoy our big garden almost more than we do. We are interested in old houses and have done some research into the history of Svanebäck which dates back to the 1500s. Both we and the kids really enjoy to live so close to the beach - in summertime we go swimming every day.
Kullabygden offers a wide selection of places to see and things to do when it comes to sports (swimming/diving/sailing/kitesurfing/climbing etc), art and nature! The nature in the Kullaberg area is perfect for picnics with the family. You can easily reach Helsingborg/Helsingör for daytrips to Denmark to see for example Lousiana Art Museum, Kronborg Castle etc.
