Tott is located in the upper part of Åre village and offers true ski-in ski-out access and stunning views of the surrounding mountains, Lake Åresjön, and the village below. The building is a former hotel that has been converted into apartments; as such, there is no reception or breakfast service. CHECK-IN After your reservation, you’ll receive an online check-in form with a few questions, a request for photo ID, and our house rules to read and sign. This helps us verify guests and enables smooth self check-in. Welcome!

Neighborhood info

With a ski slope and lift accessible directly from the top floor, you'll have seamless entry to the ski system. Running and hiking trails begin right outside your door, with downhill biking tracks also close by. Åre town centre is a 10 minute walk away so you can also enjoy easy access to restaurants, shopping and afterski.
