The house is located in our garden surrounded by hundreds of roses. Here you can enjoy a beautiful greenhouse and a kitchen garden where you can pick vegetables for dinner. The house is newly built (2017) in old style, with high standards. The kitchen is large and fully equiped. In the living room there is a TV and a table for the meals. The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious and everything is fresh and in new condition. The bathroom with underfloor heating has a toilet, shower and washing machine. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, in total 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Warning: the staircase to the upper floor is steep, it is recommended to go down backwards. Guests have access to the entire house and the 6000 square metre garden. There are many places to sit in the garden, either on a walled patio with long tables and benches or why not enjoy a dinner in the greenhouse. It is possible to add extra guests if needed.
The cottage is on our property and we live in the house next door and are available when needed. We are happy to recommend things to see and do.
The house is located in a beautiful old cultural centre in the countryside, 10 km outside Enköping. Within an hour of major centres: 51 km to Uppsala, 44 km to Västerås, 65 km to Arlanda airport and 75 km to Stockholm. There is total tranquillity, close to a lake where you can swim and fish. Explore the beautiful landscape with our bicycles or take a forest walk in the footsteps of the Vikings.
