Prinshöjden is run by us, Andreas and David. We live here in Katrineholm with our three children and created the kind of place we would love to stay ourselves when travelling – modern, spacious, and welcoming. Your breakfast will already be waiting in the fridge when you arrive, so you can start your day whenever it suits you. Whichever accommodation you choose, you’ll have free parking nearby and plenty of space to work, relax, or enjoy a longer stay. While we don’t have a traditional reception, we’re always just a message away if you need anything during your stay. (Please note: the sleeping loft is accessed by a ladder.) * King Studio with Sofa Bed – A spacious top-floor studio featuring a king-size bed, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and views over Katrineholm. * One-Bedroom Apartment – Separate bedroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen – perfect for longer stays or when you simply want extra space.

Our accommodations are located in quiet residential areas, either in small apartment buildings or in family-friendly villa neighborhoods. You stay close to both nature and the town centre, with shops, restaurants, and Katrineholm Central Station within about a 10-minute walk. Dufveholmshallen arena is also nearby. The area is calm, green, and safe – ideal whether you’re visiting for work, events, or to see family and friends. For day trips, Eskilstuna Zoo and Kolmården Wildlife Park are both within a 40–50 minute drive.
