Det är ett litet, trivsamt hus med uteplats och en skyddad trädgård
Närheten till hav och öppna landskap är en av de främsta kvaliteterna i Glumslöv och Hällstorp. Området ligger bara ett stenkast från Öresunds kust med klippbad, sandstränder och natursköna promenadstråk längs vattenlinjen. Huset är beläget nära slottet Maryhill Estate, där man kan koppla av och boka spa. Det ligger ett stenkast från Ålabodarna och havet, där man kan bada och njuta av solen. Dessutom finns färjan till Ven i närheten, där man kan hyra cykel och cykla runt ön.
