Apartma je mansarda in se nahaja v 3 nadstropju, do tja vodi 32 stopnic. Zadnjih 8 stopnic do vhoda v stanovanje je nekoliko višjih kot običajno, zato svetujemo previdnost – še posebej za starejše osebe ali goste z omejeno mobilnostjo. Apartma je svetel, ima 5 strešnih oken in velika balkonska vrata. V apartmaju imate vse udobje: pomivalni in pralni stroj, pečico, hladilnik, štedilnik, aparat za kuhanje vode, toaster, fen, TV, brezplačni internet, sef, klimo, ogrevanje in balkon. Parkirni prostor se nahaja pred hišo, kjer je apartma. V apartmaju se ločujejo odpadki (mešani, plastika, papir in steklo), voda je pitna iz pipe.
Apartma se nahaja v mirnem območju, od jezera in centra je oddaljen 4oo m. V bližini je manjši ZOO, nekaj restavracij, slaščičarna, optika, trgovine, avtobusna in bencinska postaja. Zajtrkujete lahko v bližnji restavraciji ali greste čez cesto v pekarno. Od letališča je apartma oddaljen 30 km.
