Vila Korošec is located in the center of the village Čezsoča, next to the Restaurant Vančar. It is a house with 4 rooms and a 45m2 appartment. Appartment has a separate entrance and a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room with a balcony offering a marvellous view on Kanin and Rombon mountain. The rooms 1-4 (from 12 to 18 m2) are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. All rooms are standardly furnished (wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, desk, double bed) with a private bathroom. Common rooms are available to use on the ground floor: two equipped kitchens, a shared toilet and a large dining/living room with television and board games. All areas offer free wi-fi. Outside under the grapevine a new picnic/BBQ area with table and benches is provided. Free public parking is possible on site. Price includes lodging, bedding, towels and VAT.

Welcome to the Guest house Vila Korošec! We are a small family business, running Vila Korošec is our pleasure! The old house has stood here for centuries. »At Korošec« was the house's folk name ever since. In the First World War the Austrians-Hungarian authorities ordered evacuation of the dwellers and the village Čezsoča was exactly on the line between Italian and Austro-Hungarian army. All houses in the village were destroyed. The family Korošec had died out while abroad. After the war the house has been rebuilt and since then primarily used as an outbuilding and storage. Our family has had it completely remodeled in a typical architectural style for this part of the country. Čezsoča is a charming village of warm people, gorgeous nature and it is a perfect strategic point to the best Slovenian natural and cultural legacy. The Soča Valley is a true paradise for all nature admirers and families that seek peaceful but fun vacation. In warmer months Soča Valley is perfect for different water sports. Winter offers skiing, hiking and sledding. Beside authentic nature treasures places in Soča Valley offer traditional cuisine and numerous unique historical sites .

Vila Korošec is located around 2,5 km from the town of Bovec in a close vicinity of one of most beatufil European rivers – Soča . The valley of Soča river is called a »Valley of adrenaline«. Not more than 3 km from Vila Korošec you will find activities like: rafting, kayaking , hiking, climbing, mountain cycling, zip-line park, skiing, fishing and water sports are possible. The ski centers Tarvisio and Sella Nevea in Italy are 35 min driving away and the ski center Kanin is 3 km away. Location is of historical importance. In vicinity was the biggest mountenous battlefield in the history of first WW 1914 till 1918. Next to the building is a model that presents a battlefield between Austro-Hungarian and Italian armies. There is a restaurant next to the house. Shops, post office, bank and other services are in the town of Bovec.
