Nastanitev v velikosti 39m2 z brezžično internetno povezavo (Wi-Fi) je locirana na robu Kaninske vasi v mirnem predelu naselja, hkrati pa je do centra kraja oddaljena le par minut hoje. Apartma vključuje spalnico z zakonsko posteljo in dvema omarama. V kopalnici je tuš, iz dnevnega prostora pa je izhod na balkon. Dnevni prostor ima integrirano kuhinjsko nišo in raztegljiv kavč, kateri omogoča dve dodatni ležišči. Možnost brezplačnega parkiranja je neposredno pred nastanitvijo, iz njega pa se vstopimo v apartma brez premagovanja stopnic. Ogrevanje pa je izvedeno z električnimi radiatorji, hišni ljubljenčki v apartmaju niso dovoljeni, minimalni čas bivanja pa je 5 noči.
Nastanitev se nahaja v Bovcu, kateri skupaj z okolico predstavlja odločno izhodišče za preživljanje aktivnih počitnic tako v poletnem kot tudi v zimskem času. V poletnem času je nabor športnih aktivnosti zelo pester. Tako obstaja možnost kolesarjenja, gorništva ter kajakaštva in raftanja na smaragdni reki Soči. V zimskem času pa je možno smučanje na Kaninu ali bližnjih Italijanskih smučiščih.
