The apartment is located on the first floor with a private entrance and offers a pleasant outdoor veranda with a seating area. The newly furnished apartment provides everything needed for a comfortable stay - a kitchen equipped with an eduction hop, microwave oven, refrigerator, and all other essential amenities. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and there is also a pull-out sofa measuring 160 cm in length, suitable for as a bed for a child. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, while the toilet is separated from the bathroom and can be accessed from the veranda. Guests are provided with a private parking space next to the apartment for vehicles up to a maximum lenght of 4.80 m. A paid public parking area with 24-hour access is also available nearby. During your stay, you will have the house/apartment entirely for yourselves. The owner occasionally stays in the ground-floor apartment, while your privacy is fully ensured.
