The name Škalja means “stone” in the local Bovec dialect — a nod to the natural beauty and rugged charm of the surrounding Soča Valley. This apartment has been thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully selected to create a comfortable and welcoming space for your stay. The bright living area features a comfortable sofa that easily converts to a bed, a smart TV, and a large window offering stunning views of the nearby peaks. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine – perfect for preparing meals. Upstairs, a peaceful attic bedroom awaits with a queen-size bed and roof windows providing natural light and scenic mountain views. An additional sofa bed in the bedroom provides extra sleeping space, making it perfect for small families or friends. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, towels, essential toiletries, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Step outside onto the spacious wooden terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply relaxing and breathing the fresh alpine air.

Although I no longer live in Bovec, it’s where I was born and it will always feel like home. I return as often as I can with my family to enjoy the nature and the incredible energy of the Soča Valley. Traveling is one of my biggest passions. I love discovering new cultures and landscapes, but Bovec continues to be my favorite place. The apartment is located in a modern building right in Bovec, offering everything you need just steps from your door. The building features a well-stocked supermarket, an Intersport store, and a shop with camping gear. The town center is just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, while the stunning Soča River is only a 5-minute drive. For a quick and easy meal, a pizzeria is conveniently located nearby.
