Beautiful, light spacious chalet in peaceful location, backing onto forests and with stunning mountain views. Fantastic front terrace to sit on in warm summer evenings and back patio and garden with BBQ, 10 minute walk to nearest restaurant, 10 minute drive to Lake Bled. The kitchen has been fully modernised in 2026 including all new appliances and easier access to the rear patio and fouth bedroom in the apartment. Please note that the fourth bedroom with two single beds is located within the chalet and has a separate entrance through the garden (the key is labelled as the "apartment"). It has its own bathroom and small kitchen. It could be ideal for a couple or two people who want their own space. We never rent out this room separately so you will always have the whole house when you rent. All the bedrooms in the main house have their own balcony.
In the summer we love swimming, hiking and cycling. We also love eating out in Bled. The ability to walk along the forest path at the back of the house is a great benefit as you feel so close to nature. There is a fantastic new cycle route from Bled lake to Bohinj lake that passes through the village of Obrne, one of the best cycle routes in Slovenia. This also gives access to swimming spots along the river to cool down in the summer.
The village and surrounding area is very peaceful, If you love the outdoor life and activities such as walking, swimming and cycling this is the place for you. Sunbathing by the lakes whilst reading a book is also very enjoyable, The village has a local shop and two restaurants and Bled is only 10 minutes away by car and has lots of restaurants and bars etc. The new Bohinj cycle route opened in Summer 2025 and the route passes through the village.
