Klavže 28 is special. At the end of a winding gravel road you come upon two restored farmhouses nestled in 22 acres of meadow, forest, and rivers. Cozy rooms with views of the Julian Alps, perfect for peaceful sleep after days outside exploring. Start your day with a nourishing homemade breakfast and end it around the fire with great people and a glass of local wine. A full kitchen is available for guests to cook their own meals, and our biodynamic gardens provide seasonal produce. We don't have TVs, but we do have the most gorgeous swimming holes you'll ever find, a library full of books and games, and a constant supply of delicious local cheese.

Klavže 28 is remote enough that you can see all of the stars at night, but delicious food and groceries are only 15 minutes drive away. Our neighborhood is full of WWI historical sites, trails for hiking and biking, and numerous places to swim and fish. Guests love eating at world-famous Hiša Franko, hiking in the Tolmin Gorges, and taking daytrips to nearby wineries and farms.
