Appartment is located in over 180 years old house, 8 km from more known Bled, on quiet location in the Triglav national park. There is no public transport, the nearest bus stop is 4km away, shop is 5km away. But nearby the appartment is one restaurant, with delicious local food.
I was long time working in tourism, but now already retired. In my free time I like to travel, I like to go hiking, I prefer trekks in Nepal. I am also tourists and mountain guide.
From appartment you can walk to Pokljuka gorge or to nice view point Hotunjski vrh, from were you can admire Bled lake and Slovene highest mountain - Triglav. Short drive bring you to Vintgar gorge, after Bled castle and Bled island the most visited place in this region. If you drive oposite, you are in 10 minutes on the Pokljuka plateau, were you can start hiking to 2000 metres high peaks. If you are nature lover, this is ideal place for you.
