The property is managed by Robert, Natasha and Jon. We are a couple who had a lifetime dream of owning a small B&B. After we had a baby, things changed but soon we started traveling and gathering our obsevations through out the world of what is missing in the Hotels. We have tried to implement our taughts into our B&B. Our boy Jon was eager to help us with decorating the property. So we would like to welcome you in our new guesthouse.

Veldes B&B is a brand new guesthouse in the village Recica near the castle. It is a walk through the past, a tribute to Arnold Rikli the founder of modern tourism in Lake Bled. All our rooms are equipped with AC units, Cable TV, Safe, Minibar and all rooms have Samsung hospitality TVs which will help you to get familiar with the attractions, restaurants and things to do. Everything is within reach with us. You can walk to the Castle, Lake or even Vintgar gorge. The lake rowing center is 15 minutes away from us. It has a nice beach restaurant and a bar. This is the quiet part of Lake Bled so you can enyoy in the bar while the kids swim in the lake. The super market Spar is 1.5 kilometers away. There is a new walkway, bike path and road that leads into the town center. The Pokljuka Plateu is about 15 km away from us and can be reached by car. Beacuse we know time is important, we have a fast smart charge 22KW charge station for our guests with electric vehicles.

We are located near the Castle and a short 10 minute walk to the lake. Our place is next to the main road that leads into the mountains Pokljuka Plateau. The road may be busy at times but very easy to find us and visit the attractions. We are a 5 minute ride by car from Vintgar Gorge, a 3 minute drive to the castle and a 5 minute ride to the town center and supermarkets. The village of Recica is paceful and completly safe to walk around any hour of the day.
