The Vineyard Cottage Kraljevi kotiček is located at the top of the Gradišče wine-growing region near Trebnje, surrounded by woods and vineyards and situated at the end of a quiet street. It offers a perfect getaway in nature and is ideal for a romantic weekend, relaxing with friends, or a peaceful escape from the daily hustle and bustle. The cottage is air-conditioned and spread over two floors.
The lower level features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker), a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer, as well as a sauna. The upper floor features two separate bedrooms, and the sofa in the living room allows for accommodation of 2 to 6 people. Towels and linens are also provided for guests. Underfloor heating and a fireplace create a cozy atmosphere year-round.
The cottage features a garden, a balcony, and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. In the summer, you can also enjoy the hot tub, charcoal for the grill, and a cozy outdoor fireplace. The yard is fenced, making it suitable for children and dogs, and guests also have access to a spacious, free private parking lot and free Wi-Fi.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for relaxation and recreation, including cycling. The open-air museum The Land of Hayracksin Šentrupert offers a special experience, where you can see 19 different drying structures originating from the Mirna Valley. A walk through the museum reveals the development of hayracks from simple drying structures to complex forms of double hayracks - "toplars".
In the municipality of Mirna Peč, you will find the Lojze Slak and Tone Pavček Museum, where you can delve into the life and work of two great Slovenian artists - a diatonic accordion virtuoso and one of the most important poets. The two permanent exhibitions offer an insight into their heritage and inspire with memories of Slovenia's rich cultural tradition.
