We are open people who live in unspoiled nature without stress. Our place is mysteriously quiet, away from industrial centers. You can learn about survival in nature, observing wildlife traces, or learning about the simple way of life.

In the heart of Kočevski Rog forest lies the idyllic Gotschee village of Koprivnik, where our homestead and GOSTel are located and you will be greeted by Matjaž, Darka and our dog Ruppi. GOSTel is decorated in a homely, rural style, following the example of the Gottschee people, who lovingly founded Koprivnik and the surrounding villages. The nearest town is 16 km away. So much so that you are still in touch with civilization and at the same time in the middle of nowhere. Just you and nature. Experience the Gottscheer villages, off-roads in the embrace of the Kočevski Rog forests bear encounters, and other experiences guided by Matjaž. Darka takes care of culinary discoveries.., homemade juices, wild garlic vinegar, blackthorn jelly, nettle tea, buckwheat strukelj and goods made from real local honey.
