Minimalista újonnan felújított, hangulatos lakás - 63 m2-es erkéllyel a 3. emeleten, kerekesszékkel megközelíthető és két lifttel. Az apartmanban van egy hálószoba franciaággyal (160x200), egy nappali masszív kanapéval (145x200) - ezeket japánfal választja el, teljesen felszerelt konyha, külön WC, fürdőszoba káddal. Kérésre kiságy biztosított.
