Naša babka bola študentkou Strednej priemyselnej školy chemickej v Štiavnici. Nám, vnúčatám, rozprávala o zážitkoch z týchto najkrajších rokov, ktoré si uchovala dlho v pamäti. Roky sme, ako rodina, navštevovali Štiavnicu s láskou a nadšením. Učili sme sa o jej histórii, užívali si námestie, kaviarne, prírodu, dokonca aj lyžovačky. Minulý rok nás pri jednej z návštev očaril nenápadný, tehlovo – červený domček. Tým sa začala naša cesta, o ktorú sa s Vami chceme podeliť. Slovo “Bisou” znamená vo francúzštine bozk, priateľský božtek na líce, ale aj pozdrav niekoho, koho radi vidíte. Týmto názvom chceme dať našim hosťom najavo, že sú s radosťou vítaní a naše dvere sú im otvorené.
