We are a family business founded in 2008 with an individual approach to each client. How we started ? We lived in this location. We managed to buy roof of the house and built studios and apartments, to provide accommodation for tourists and also business travellers who appreciate area directly in the historical centre of our beautiful city.

We offer affordable short- and medium-term accommodation in our furnished and serviced boutique apartments in the historic centre of Bratislava. Our guests appreciate design of our apartments and also that there are kitchenettes and small balconies, which make stay with us comfortable. Another benefit is location. All atrractions, shops, restaurants and bars, sights, services and public transport are directly in location

Neighborhood info

Most of our apartments are located on Obchodna street, which is the connection between Michael´s Gate and Kollarov Square. It has a rich history. In the 13th century it was inhabited by the servants of the Castle and later by winegrowers, so many houses have built cellars for storing wine. During the First World War, Obchodna street became a trade route with various small merchants and craftsmen. Near our apartments is the Michael´s Gate, which is the gateway to the historic center of Bratislava. Michael´s Gate is the only preserved gate from the medieval city fortifications, from which there is a nice view of the old town. There is a museum of weapons in its tower. Nearby on Bastova street is house of city executioner. Another location of our apartments popular for tourist and business travelers is Zamocka street, which leads to Bratislava Castle. Although it is the location of the old town, it is quite location. All necessary shops, services, public transport, historical monuments and restaurants are accessible on foot from both locations …

Possibility of private parking for a fee of 15.00 Euro/1 night stay. As we only have a limited number of parking spaces, please inquire about parking spaces before booking of parking place. Parking is inside in the yard, the entrance gate is for passenger cars.

Street parking for a fee of 1,50 – 2,00 Euro/1 hour from 08:00 – 24:00 hrs.

The closest street parking to our apartment house on Obchodna street is on „Heydukova street“ or „ Radlinskeho street“.

Another option is public garage parking in „Garage Centrum“ for daily maximum around 26 Euro.
