Our accommodation operates on a self check-in basis (online reception) with an individual approach. Guests can access the building and the apartment via an online code, so a smartphone with mobile data or internet access is required upon arrival. Please note that a refundable security deposit of EUR 200 is required prior to arrival. As an alternative, guests may choose a non-refundable damage protection fee of EUR 40, under which we assume responsibility for minor damages to the accommodation. This protection applies exclusively to small, accidental damages. As this is a self check-in accommodation (online reception), an online identity verification must be completed before arrival. This includes submitting a valid ID and a short photo verification to confirm the person’s identity. This process is required to comply with legal obligations and to ensure the protection of the property. Without completing this verification, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.
