Dear Guest, flat is very close to the city center in the historical building next to the presidential palace. It is a basement from one side but ground floor from other side with standard windows to the court. The parking is public only and is very limited. You can park on the right site of the road. Where the parking sign "P" is without any description. Parking in other spaces is subject to a fee.
