The family house is owned by a local winery family and I personally take care of the house every day with love and care.

Property info

Accommodation is located in one of the oldest renaissance burgher houses in the centre in Modra. The rooms are suitable for guests who are looking for privacy, quality bedding and who love old historic houses. There are 6 rooms of different sizes in the house on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. Our guests use the private courtyard of the house. Each room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The breakfast is served in 2 min walk down the street in Stare Casy coffee shop on Štúrova 48, Modra from 7.30am to 10.00am on weekdays and from 8.30am to 11.00am on weekends. No reservation is needed for a lá carte breakfast, average price is 5Eur per person, you pay in the caffe. They also make very good home made ice cream.

Neighborhood info

The best in the area are the vineyards and local wine Veltliner, Riesling, Leanka, St.Laurent...and the beautiful Red Castle/Červený Kameň/ 12 min by car. Local wine festivals like Day of the open Modra cellars in April are the best in the area.
