Modern, fully furnished apartment in a 2022 residence with private underground parking included (1 space, height limit 2.0 m) and elevator access to the apartment level. The apartment provides 100 Mbps fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi and a cable/smart TV. Layout: bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and a door to the living area; open-plan kitchen and living room with a 140-cm sofa bed; bathroom with a tub and toilet; balcony with city and garden views. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, pans, dishes, and cutlery). A washing machine and a work desk with a comfortable chair support longer or work-focused stays.
