Property info

Our accommodation operates as a self check-in property (online reception) with private access. Guests can enter the building and apartment using an online code, therefore a smartphone with mobile data or internet access is required upon arrival. Please note that a refundable security deposit of EUR 200 is required prior to arrival. As an alternative, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver of EUR 40, under which we assume responsibility for minor damages to the property. The damage waiver covers minor accidental damages only. As this is a self check-in accommodation (online reception), guests are required to complete an online identity verification before arrival. This includes presenting a valid ID and a short photo verification to confirm the guest’s identity. This process is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to ensure the security of the accommodation. Without completing this verification, access to the property cannot be granted.
