This unique private two bedroom/ two bathroom condo has a private balcony with stunning bay views. It is located in a quiet and private residential area. It takes only a 5 min drive to reach Philipsburg, cruise ship terminal and Great Bay Beach. Easy access to supermarket, gas station, shops and restaurants. Only 20 min drive to the world famous Orient Beach and Le Galion - the surfer paradise.
I have lived in Sint Maarten for over 22 years and enjoy the simplicity of the island life. I am passionate about what I do and like to share all my experience and knowledge about this little piece of paradise that I call home. I will be happy to answer all your questions and assist all your needs.
The apartment is located in Monte Vista Hill at a prime quite residential neighborhood near bustling Philipsburg and Great Bay Beach and easy access to Le Galion and Orient Beach on the French side. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. It has easy access to Le Galion and Orient Beach on the French side.
