The ten oceanfront getaway apartments have unique view any time of the day and night. The soothing ocean waves and breeze will transport your mind and spirit and create a peaceful and memorable holiday. The proximity to the cruise ship terminal, bustling Philipsburg and Great bay beach makes the location very convenient.
I have lived in Sint Maarten for over 25 years and enjoy the simplicity of the island life. We are passionate about what we do and like to share all our experience and knowledge about this little piece of paradise that we call home. We will be happy to answer all your questions and assist all your needs. At the same time we like to respect your privacy.
The apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The property also has a man-made beach with beach chairs and picknick tables - perfect for sun bathing or just relaxing while watching the waves. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. You can do a 20 min hike to the Devil's Cupper natural pool. If you like, you can feed the iguanas next to the street or visit the natural Jacuzzi cave next to the property.
