We (my husband and I) love living in Sint Maarten and enjoy the great places this island offers. We like to go out and find new great places weekly. We love to travel and often stay in nice apartments in other cities. What we look for in a place to stay whilst on holiday is what we offer: a clean and neat place in a good neighborhood where we can enjoy the city we are visiting and relax at home as well!

This brand new apartment is located in the best spot of the island. You have everything right at your doorstep. Of course the gorgeous pool is right at your apartment and Kim Sha Beach is at 2 minutes walking and so is Market Garden Supermarket but also lots of restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos etc. This is a perfect 1 bedroom apartment if you want to enjoy all of SXM. This place is great for couples, families, friends and business travellers. This apartment has everything you need. The bedroom has a king size bed, lots of storage space and an ensuite bathroom. You will also find the comfortable living room with a sofa, flat screen tv and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster etc). There is a beautiful terrace with wide open doors to enjoy the breeze. On top of all of this the complex has a gorgeous pool.

"Simpson Bay is a quiet neighbourhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to casinos, restaurants, supermarkets and the bakery. Of course the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance too. ""There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. There is local transport at 1 minute from your apartment but of course you can also rent a car (smallest are at about USD 25/35 a day) as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport.
