Boutique apartment Complex, with all the comfort you need, adjacent to the International Juliana Airport runway, with a private view from our roof top patios and a lounge sitting area with BBQ possibilities. Each apartment has it's own terrace with unique colorful interior Caribbean style. Ideal for plane spotters, casino lovers, business travelers, families, nature lovers, beach lovers and foodies. In the evening you'll enjoy the stillness as the planes only fly during the day. The cozy apartment complex is only 3 to 6 minutes walking from the beautiful Simpson Bay, with several beach restaurants like El Zafiro, Karakter and mary's Boon and the world famous plane spotters beach Maho and "Sunset beach bar", Maho's supermarket, Casino's and many other restaurants. A prime location right in the middle of secluded beaches, crowded beaches, restaurants, casino's and life entertainment, to meet everyone's desire, within walking distance.
My brother Eric (who lives at "SXM Spotters Paradise" and I are running the family vacation business. We enjoy the simplicity of the island life. We are passionate about what we do and like to share all our experience and knowledge about this little piece of paradise that we call home. We will be happy to answer all your questions and assist all your needs. In the same time we like to respect your privacy.
The cozy boutique apartment complex is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The world famous plain spotters beach Maho is within 6 minutes walking distance. Make sure you visit "Sunset beach bar" or "Driftwood" bar to see the landing planes and for the daring even getting Jet Blasted. But be careful. You'll find many restaurants in the neighborhood and also casino's, shops, supermarket and drugstore. Even closer by, only 3 minutes walking, is one of the most beautiful beaches of SXM, Simpson bay, with several beach restaurants, like El Zafiro, Karakter and Mary's Boon where you can enjoy a delicious affordable breakfast, lunch and diner. When you wake up very early, you can enjoy the sunrise and have the beach all to yourself. If you wish to rent a car you'll reach within 5-10 minutes the golfcourse, Mullet bay, Cupecoy (more restaurants and supermarkets), Baie Rouge and to the other side The Airport, Simpson Bay area with even more restaurants, bars, cinema, supermarkets, shops, casinos and nightclubs.
