Located few steps from Grace Bay this newly completed Four bedroom villa, is the perfect starting point to enjoy the magnificent waters of Turks and Caicos ! Featuring sleek modernist lines and an open floor plan that seamlessly unify indoor and outdoor, this villa, made primarily of board-formed concrete, wood and glass, is indeed a chic retreat for a barefoot lifestyle based on sea, sand and sunshine. Villa Islander spans over 6,000 sq ft of living space and it was designed to maximize transparency and views while affording a high degree of privacy. The layout consists of one Main House that contains two en-suite bedrooms, one large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with 14’ high ceilings, a swimming pool on one side and a large timber dining table for communal outdoor meals on the other. The other two en-suite bedrooms are located in the Garden House few feet away and connected by a garden pathway. Beautiful gardens surround the property and can be continuously enjoyed from within thanks to large expanses of floor-to-ceiling glass. The Pool with its sparkling mosaic finish is built as an extension of the living area and surrounded by a wooden deck.
