A fully renovated townhouse in a residential neighborhood in the very center of Bangkok old town. It's historically very first few residential areas that emerged around the Royal Palace. You can walk to the Royal palace, Wat Pho, the Giant Swing, and Khaosan road in minutes. Subway Samyot is only 7 minute walk away. The room features real hard wood floor and the loft interior is reminiscent of Bangkok old days. The room features a very comfortable mattress to ensure your good sleep

I've been a host for almost 20 years. For this property, I'm helping my aunt who is the owner of this house to service guests from around the world to stay with locals and experience local life in Bangkok old town. I studied Civil Engineering and then MBA in a prominent university in the Midwest, USA. I still do some investment banking work from home. I lived in this neighborhood for more than 40 years. l now stay 10 minutes drive away and can come to help you if help is needed.

The townhouse is in a small alley in a residential neighborhood in the very center of Bangkok old town. It's historically very first few residential areas that emerged around the Royal Palace. You can walk to the Royal palace, Wat Pho, the Giant Swing, and Khaosan road in minutes. The alley is very local and not very tidy, I must be upfont. But neighbors are as friendly as can be without the intention to sell you things : ) They are mostly jewelry related people since the area is historically jewelry center. There's practically no crime whatsoever around here so the area is very safe. We have successfully received guests for more than 5 years in this location. So if yo are looking for authentic local life experience, this place is or you.
