Maybe the lowest price in Bangkok. Dorm-type private room with no air-con. Rooms are located on 4th and 5th floor, no lift. Free use of washing machine and dryer.
The owner is a retired professor.
It is closed to a bus stop to Victory Monument & metro center. Shopping center and convenient stores are within walking distance.
