All guests staying in hotel guest rooms must be registered with the hotel. Non-registered guests will be asked to leave their ID cards or identification papers at the reception desk. In case of staying overnight non-registered fee will be applied.

Please note that the name of the credit cad holder must be the same as the guest’s name and credit card along with a valid ID must be presented to the property upon check-in. if the credit card is not presented, a new payment is required.

The spa is temporarily closed until further notice.

"For eligible bookings, a 10% discount on food and beverages from the à la carte menu applies. Excludes alcoholic beverages, in-room dining, and mini-bar items. Cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions. Valid until 31 October 2026. Applicable once per meal, per bill, per stay."

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
