Our comfortable holiday home at Aristo Condo in Surin beach is fully furnished and ideally located. An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 2 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10 minute walk. The building is well maintained and offers popular amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool with a sunbathing area, ground floor pool with sun loungers, Fitness room, 24hrs security, CCTV and private parking for guests. For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is not included in the rate and charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Surin Beach is located along the western coast of Phuket and has the benefit of feeling like a small village while still offering world-class resorts, beauty, and dining options. Surin Beach is perfect for travelers who are looking to get away from some busier areas and wish to enjoy the unspoiled, natural beauty of this beach town. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the Condo is only 5-7 minutes walk from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Surin as well as its pristine beach. No hills, flat and walkable area. There are a few bike/car rentals right near the Condo as well if you prefer to drive around and to other parts of the island. Within 100 meters of the building you'll find an authentic Thai restaurant Bhorn Por Mae, then passing behind the Palmyrah residence there will be a Thai and Western restaurant, a massage shop and a nail spa. 300m further towards the beach road there are lots of other local and international cafes, a pizzeria, Tops minimarket, Currency Exchange, laundry service, and other local shops.
