The nice Wongamat beaches are within walking distance. On the way to the sea through the narrow streets, there is a small market with fruits and food. 5-star hotels with its amenities, shops, International school, bank. The neighborhood is full of restaurants with the cuisine of various nationalities, and of course massage parlors, famous nightlife, and bars.
You need an hour and a half to reach Bangkok airport.
I can arrange a taxi for you from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to my place for a price of 1100 baht with a new Toyota Corolla Altis (the regular price at the airport station is 1500 baht).
Baht taxis connect condos easily to Pattaya center for 10 Baht only.
Located in Naklua Wongamat in the best location in North Pattaya near International hospitals, convenience stores, entertainment and shopping centers, golf courses, and road links.
Very close to the newly opened famous Terminal 21 shopping center.
