The property is strictly nonsmoking. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed in the property area.

A first cleaning prior to arrival is included in the room rates. Any additional cleaning may be arranged upon request. Cleaning must be booked 48 hours in advanced.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw.
Water usage is included in the price.
