Pornnacha ( Pim ) Opas is the driving force behind the design, build and operation of the resort and is your host. Pim was previously an owner of one of Thailand leading boat building companies and on the sale of that business she turned her skills to developing the resort. Her passion is gardening and the resort was designed around the central gardens area. Apart from looking after her guests the gardens remain her passion to this day and they continue to evolve as a work in progress.

Baan Nern Khao resort is a delightful village of 7 fully self contained houses spread around a central garden area with extensive gardens and cabanas sheltered under mature trees. The resort is ideally located, away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya city but close to the major amenities and tourist attractions. Each home is separately fenced and self contained, with a covered carport. Guests have access to the garden cabanas for relaxing and to the swimming pool to cool off after a long day sightseeing. Neighborhood info

The resort is located in a semi rural setting south of Pattaya city, close to many of the tourist attractions, beaches and leading restaurants. For the avid golfer, there are 15 courses within a 20 kilometer range, with the nearest being only 500 meters away. The nearest beach is about 4 kilometers, and some of the leading restaurants are located along that beach. Some striking examples of Buddhist temples are close by, as is the famous Golden Buddha, carved into the side of a mountain.
