This superb nine-bedroom luxury villa overlooks the beautiful Andaman Sea between Kamala and Patong on Phuket’s west coast. At this unique private villa, guests will be spoilt for choice between breathtaking living and dining spaces both indoors and out. Expect grand halls, high ceilings a 25-metre pool, gym, media and games room among the superb facilities. Two of the nine bedrooms are housed in the spectacularly situated and self-contained ‘ocean villa’ just below the main property. At Baan Paa Talee Estate a team of dedicated staff, including a private chef, will cater to your every whim. Please note: Baan Paa Talee Estate is a 9-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 18 guests. Guests booking the 14-person rate will have access to 7 bedrooms (2 bedrooms will be locked).

Neighborhood info

Baan Paa Talee Estate lies within the exclusive Cape Amarin private estate, on the 'Millionaire's Mile' of Phuket's west coast. Although the villa is situated just metres above the sea, the coast here is rocky and not really suitable for swimmers – though watersports equipment is available for guest use during the dry season (December to April). Several of the five-star resorts along this dramatic and beautiful stretch of coast offer upmarket wining and dining venues, and the bright lights of Patong are less than half an hour away to the south. Laid-back Kamala, with its sandy bay is a 10-minute drive away, while the golden sands of Surin Beach are a further 5-10 minutes to the north.
