Notice: Only for rooms at Tropical Wing (The Snug) is under outdoor construction and it’s underway around the garden area. Noise occurs daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. which has been published on all booking agents’ websites. Guests are welcome to use the pool and common areas at “The Snug Wing” during this time. Rooms you booked has already applied special discounted rates , and all in-house guests will receive a 10% food voucher during this period. Please be aware before booking: " The Snug Airportel consists of two distinct wings located on opposite sides of the property, each with its own swimming pool and unique design concept: • Tropical Wing – lush, relaxed tropical style • Tuscany Wing – warm Mediterranean/Tuscan style Please select your preferred wing when booking, as rooms and facilities are separate." - The shared dormitory area has CCTV for assistance and security purposes. - Lockers: There are no lockers for backpacks or luggage, only laptop-sized lockers. Keys must be requested from reception with a 200-baht key deposit. - Bathrooms: The women's bathroom has 1 shower and 1 toilet.
