This 3-bedroom luxury villa is part of Baan Bua, the most upscale villa development in Rawai. It is just 1 km from the wonderful Naiharn Beach. Sai Yuan Road, Rawai's lively commercial street can be reached in 5 min by foot. Bordered on one side by a small river, the villa is in the middle of a lush tropical garden. When swimming in the warm waters of the large tiled pool or relaxing on the wooden deck, you will truly taste the bliss of an unparalleled paradise. Baan Bua offers 24hr security. The main building has two en-suite bedrooms on each side of the living room. Each room has double east and west exposure making them brightly lit. The master bedroom is in a separate pavilion with beautiful wood flooring. On the other side of the pool, an outdoor bar and a sala are the perfect set-up for an al-fresco dinner. The kitchen is really well equipped and we offer a barbecue with charcoal. A gated car park is available if you have chosen to rent a car or a scooter. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
