The fine print
For the booking during New Year between December 21st, 2026 and January 5th, 2027, kindly check the following details:
- 100% of the accommodation charge is inclusive of tax and service charge, and is required to be paid at the time of booking and cannot be refunded
- A compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner at THB 33,000 per adult is applied to all adults whose stay includes the night of December 31st, 2026. Children between 6–12 years have an additional fee of THB 16,500 per child
- A compulsory New Year's Eve gala fee will be charged at the time of booking, which is non-refundable and non-changeable
- No check-out on December 31st, 2026 - A minimum length of stay of 3 nights is applied for reservations on December 29th, 30th, and 31st, 2026
- A minimum length of stay of 2 nights is applied for the reservation on January 1st, 2027
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Capella Bangkok of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of THB 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
