The fine print

An early check-in and late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability) upon request for an additional charge.
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.
All check in and check out process are to be performed at Casabay office.
Kindly note In the event of late arrival after 6:00pm our security guard will assist you to open and have you settle in the villa that you booked. The next morning our staff will be with you as from 9:45am for the check- in procedure .

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 07:00:00.
A damage deposit of THB 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
