Luxury residence 200m to Bangtao beach (no need to cross any traffic). 140sqm 2-bedroom apartments with terrace for 4-6 people: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, bar and dining tables, fridge, electric oven and stove, sink, dishwasher, WM, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, cookware, dishware, safe box, hair dryer, iron. Full size sliding windows, 30m2 terrace with panoramic view. 3 A/Cs, 4 ceiling fans, 3 media players, 3 large Smart TVs. Vast garden to walk with pram, 2 large swimming pools, 2 shallow nonslip children pools, sun beds, umbrellas, shadow gazeboes, 24h security, elevators, open bar for parties. The best location near Laguna hotels but more spacious and quiet apartments for less price. Free: electricity, water, unlimited bottled drinking water, toiletries, beach towels, twice per week cleaning/linen, high-speed fiber optic internet (LAN & WiFi), line telephone (free Thailand calls), internet, cable and satellite TV, parking, sauna, fitness center and even bikes! Walking distance: 2 local markets, many shops and restaurants, massage, spa, scuba diving, jet skiing, kayaking, golf, mini golf, tennis etc. 13 km from Phuket airport.

Neighborhood info

The best location 200m to Bangtao beach (no need to cross any traffic) among the elite five-star Laguna hotels, but 5 times more spacious and quiet apartments for less price. Here the emerald Indian Ocean waters meet the 8 km white coral sand beach lined with shady palms and casuarina trees.
