Welcome to Baan Joyful; a spacious, well-equipped 4-bedroom home away from home, where the sun rises over the ocean just over the road from the house, who’s waves you can hear within the property. The quiet beach is great for long walks, with sunbeds and bike rentals nearby. Restaurants and a 7-Eleven are within walking distance. The garden is shared with us, and a couple who run a small shop at the front of the property. We can stock the kitchen or arrange meals with advance notice. The interior of the main house is all upstairs. All rooms have air conditioning, except the bathrooms. We have four bedrooms, two with double beds, and two with singles. If you'd like those pushed together just let us know in advance. If you require beds for more than 8 people then, with advance notice, we can arrange up to four more single mattresses, which you can put on the floor of any of the bedrooms or living room (which could fit all four). There's also two bathrooms (with electric walk in showers) upstairs, and one down. The living room is large, with a big smart TV featuring Netflix and Thai channels. The Wifi is fast. The kitchen area is part of this open plan room. The kitchen is equipped with water filter for tap safe drinking water, a large modern fridge/freezer, Electric stove, Air Fryer, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Microwave, Kettle, and all necessary cutlery and dishes. Downstairs has a washing machine and dryer in the utility room which also has a sink. There's also a huge dining table. There's parking for several cars. The outside area and garden is shared as we also live on the land, but your privacy will be highly respected. There's also a couple of cockerels, chickens, dogs, and occasional cows. All friendly though, though the cockerels can be noisy in the morning!

Great place for a quiet traditional family holiday, easy on the nightlife but located within easy travel to the city, or more lively local towns. Within walking distance; small food stores, Restaurants and Bars, Fresh Food Market, Forest Park, Seafood Market, Railway Market. Further out; Sheep Farm, Camel Republic, Jurassic Fishing Park, Shooting Range.
