This is a spacious residential house where the owner also resides on the property. The house is designed to provide tenants with privacy, featuring a private bedroom and living area. The surrounding area is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It is close to the Pattaya Padel Club, and the Mabprachan Reservoir is only about 600 meters away and within walking distance. A 7-Eleven convenience store is located less than 1 kilometer from the house. There are also affordable bicycle rental shops around the reservoir, perfect for those who would like to enjoy a relaxing ride around the area.
