As the resort is set on an elevated hillside, some areas feature gentle slopes or stairs that may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. Our complimentary shuttle service operates daily from 6:00 a.m. until late night, ensuring easy access throughout the property and to its spectacular sea views.

Please be informed the complimentary fruit is offered one time per stay and limited to 1 kilogram, collected at the hotel's fruit shop (located opposite the main lobby) with voucher presented.

All guests MUST BE pre-registered. Non-registered guest are NOT ALLOWED in guest rooms under any circumstances. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the property.

For nonrefundable rates, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please note that in case of early departure, the property reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.

A damage deposit of THB 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
